Landlords are invited to book onto the upcoming Nottingham Rental Standard Landlord Forum. This free event is designed to keep Rental Standard members up to date on the latest issues and changes in the private rented sector.

Free for for members of the NRS (including DASH and Unipol Codes landlords)

We will be covering up to date matters that landlords need to be aware of for their business:

• Changes to the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS)
• Renters’ Rights Act updates post implementation
• New Local Authority powers and duties under the Renters’ Rights 2025
• Nottingham City Council project - The Social Impact of Licensing
• Time for your questions.

Information about your booking will be shared amongst the Rental Standard (DASH, Unipol and Nottingham City Council) for the purposes of administering the event.

No, but a short summary of matters discussed will be circulated to members of the NRS after the event.
